I’m Tessa Renée and I’m a dancer :) Maybe you’ve seen me on TV! I was on AUDC/“Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition” and on Dance Moms! The Show is on Lifetime TV if you ever wanna check it out! I dance at Club Dance studio in AZ. I started dancing at 3 years old and began competitively dancing at 6, and my favorite type of dance is contemporary – I love it so much!! Apart from being a total dance freak, I'm really into fitness, fashion, and beauty!!! I love spending time with my family and friends, which I can only actually do when I'm not at the studio or working on my business (so basically, never lol).
My family is very adventurous – whenever I can keep up with my brothers (I have 4!) we do crazy stuff like paintball or dirt-bike riding :D I'm super close with my Mom, I have to say she’s really cool and supportive, and not everyone’s parents are like that so I appreciate how amazing she is <3
I attend online high school – there’s no time for regular school! My schedule is really tight.
Fun fact: my favorite food is pasta (you know, just in case you wanna take me out to dinner ;])
I want to help dancers by giving out lots of support, tips, and tricks – I don’t want you to make all those mistakes I did and I just want to help you save time and make your life easier :) Speaking simply, I hope to help you be the best dancer you possibly can while having loads of fun! <3

You may think to yourself, hey, why do I need to eat healthily? As much as I love my sugary carbs and then some....!; eating healthy will actually benefit you more than you can imagine. Especially if you’re a dancer, eating healthy will affect you in every possible way – positively, that is. You want to make your body work at its best and feel absolutely awesome, and the easiest way to do that is to get used to that healthy lifestyle. It will affect your endurance, energy level, and athletic performance, all of which are extremely important when it comes to dancing and pretty much any other physical exercise. Apart from that, staying healthy will keep your skin looking lovely and your mood up high – who wouldn’t want that in their lives, right?
I think that the most common mistake people make that puts them off eating healthy is seeing it as a diet – a diet is going off a certain food for a period of time. Eating healthy is a lifestyle! It isn’t a temporary thing you do that feels like a punishment – it should make you feel amazing!
